These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of multiwebpro.com and to the services provided by Multiweb Pro, the international brand of Riquezas Multimedia, operated by Editorial Riquezas SRL, La Paz, Bolivia (“we,” “us”). By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer web design, video production, social media management and related digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are described in the written proposal or quote we send you (the “Proposal”). If the Proposal and these Terms ever conflict, the Proposal wins.
Prices shown on our website are in U.S. dollars and are starting prices; your final price is the one in your Proposal. Payments are due according to the schedule in the Proposal. Monthly services, such as social media management or website maintenance, are billed as described in the Proposal.
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, information and approvals we need in a timely manner. You confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you send us. Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline.
Each project includes the revisions described in the Proposal. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we do the work.
Once your project is paid in full, you own your website, the content we create specifically for you and the final video files we deliver. Third-party items — such as licensed plugins, themes, fonts, stock images or music — remain subject to their own licenses. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Hosting, domain names, payment gateways, social media platforms and software plugins are provided by third parties under their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes, but we will help you work with them.
We design every project to help you win more customers, but results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your market, your offer and your advertising budget. Results mentioned on our website, such as a client's sales, are real past results — not a guarantee of future results.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to break its security, sending spam through its forms or copying its content for commercial use without permission. The website's content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors.
Either party may end a project by written notice. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we deliver the work that has been paid for.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, unless your Proposal says otherwise. We will always try to resolve any disagreement in good faith first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies. Changes do not affect Proposals you have already accepted.
